The aim is to travel to discover landscapes and traditions that are not yet fully appreciated, immersing oneself in the foundations of a surprising biocultural richness.
Through a renewed Grand Tour, Journey in Italy wants to explore Italy beyond stereotypes, in the many poles of its cultural, urban, landscape and gastronomic creativity, creating a sustainable symbiosis with the territories and preserving their authenticity. The ultimate goal is to become a platform that brings ideas, activities, resources that can contribute to enhancing these riches.

Sensory Aperitif, which explores the senses and emotions
The aperitifs were selected and designed following criteria of well-being: taste, beauty, sustainability, accessibility and health. All embellished with the “Calvinian” lightness, which knows how to represent the narration as a new beginning of a beautiful story, so as to glide over things from above.
Following this rule, the event is divided into five types of aperitifs: happiness, balance, sharing, empathy, dream.
