A politically disunited country, almost fragmented \u2013 until 1870 -, but united by the <strong><em>geographical conformation<\/em><\/strong> that traces it <strong><em>defined boundaries<\/em><\/strong>; a country that has lived <strong><em>revolts, wars, invasions, oppressions<\/em><\/strong> but also <strong><em>beauty, generosity, civil culture, artistic and compositional sense<\/em><\/strong>It is during this very long history that the Italians have developed a <strong><em>taste and a way of life<\/em><\/strong> appreciated all over the world. The exciting extraordinariness of a <strong><em>scattered artistic heritage<\/em><\/strong> even in the smallest and most remote villages, the extreme variety of <strong><em>landscape<\/em><\/strong>, the <strong><em>conviviality<\/em><\/strong>, the tables set, the <strong><em>care in the kitchen<\/em><\/strong> which is not only that of chefs but above all that of the home, of mothers and now also of fathers, are the characteristics that we are proud of and that, above all, are available to every inhabitant of the world. We enjoy a <strong><em>healthy and tasty mediterranean diet<\/em><\/strong> even in the mountainous areas, because over the centuries Italy has increasingly valued the cuisine of the <strong><em>plant species<\/em><\/strong>, with many foods coming from other areas of the planet, integrated and made Italian. This <strong><em>spirit of curiosity and hospitality<\/em><\/strong> we see it also in contemporary times. Italy is <strong><em>innovative<\/em><\/strong>, in design, in fruit and vegetable production (for example with hydroponic crops), it is <strong><em>ingenious in industry<\/em><\/strong> who is looking for the <strong><em>environmental sustainability<\/em><\/strong>, and is supremely ingenious in its celebrated craftsmanship. Above all, however digitized, it <strong><em>Italian lifestyle<\/em><\/strong> it is deeply <strong><em>human<\/em><\/strong>.
