A New York, una tavola da condividere come una grande famiglia.
Il 4 ottobre 2026, alla Basilica of Saint Patrick’s Old Cathedral, il progetto di Casa Bondi 1926 “Dalla Terra al Cibo” accompagnerà la giornata dedicata a San Francesco.
Un’esperienza ispirata al Cantico delle Creature, nella quale tre biscotti e tre fragranze alimentari inviteranno a scoprire i doni della Terra attraverso il gusto e l’olfatto.
Dopo la Messa, il pranzo preparato dagli chef Rebecca e Giovanni sarà un momento per ritrovarsi, condividere il cibo e sentirsi parte della stessa famiglia.
The first Italian edition of the event was held on May 27th. Between environmental sustainability, beauty, design, color, fashion, pleasure of sharing, participants were able to delve into the 5 Icons of Italian cuisine, Wine, Coffee, Bread, Pasta and Ice Cream, in relation to their senses and the 5 emotions of Emotional Intelligence: happiness, dream, sharing, balance, empathy.
